• Handle all matters related to fleet insurance, including Hull & Machinery (H&M) and Protection & Indemnity (P&I) coverage.
• Receive and manage insurance claims related to P&I and Hull policies for the fleet.
• Coordinate with surveyors and insurers to assess claims, review cost documentation, and follow up on recoveries.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Members’ Council and the Management Board.

A. Professional Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Maritime Studies (seafaring disciplines) or Maritime Law.

B: Work Experience

• Experience serving in a managerial or operational officer position on first-class vessels, or equivalent experience in a related shore-based role.

C: Knowledge and Skills Requirements

• Comprehensive knowledge of vessel operations and relevant maritime commercial rules and regulations related to shipping and insurance.
• Basic knowledge of marine insurance practices.
• Good English communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

• Proactive, adaptable, and able to work under pressure; strong negotiation skills and proactive communication.
• Age under 35.
