• Manage the technical condition and maintenance of vessels.
• Maintain and manage vessel documentation and certification.
• Liaise with relevant authorities, including Classification Societies, Port Authorities, Maritime Administrations, and Flag State authorities.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and service providers for repair, maintenance, and preservation of equipment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

A. Professional Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (full-time) in Marine Engineering.

B: Work Experience

• Professional expertise in marine engineering and engine operations management.
• Possession of relevant certification for management-level officers.
• Experience in vessel operations and technical management.
• Hands-on sailing experience as a management-level officer or above.
• Proven experience in technical management within shipping or ship management companies.

C: Knowledge and Skills Requirements

• Fluent in English for both general communication and technical purposes.
• Able to arrange and adapt effectively to frequent independent business travel.
• Strong teamwork skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Strong planning and organizational skills, with the ability to develop and manage work plans.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

• Male candidates preferred; presentable appearance.
• Strong communication skills; professional demeanor, proactive, and dynamic in work.
• Age under 40.
