Hiring Process
Step 1: Application Screening
Candidates submit their application via our website by uploading their CV and personal information.
HR team will contact you via phone for further discussions.
If you pass the initial screening, you will be required to complete an additional application form based on company’s policy.

Step 2: Interview
The interview round will be conducted in person at HTK’s headquarters office at 341 Da Nang street, Van My ward, Ngo Quyen district, Hai Phong city.
The interview round will include, but not limited to, the following:
- English interview
- Technical/professional interview
- Technical test (if applicable)
- Q&A session
HR team will notify you of the interview results within 3 business days (excluding Saturdays and Sundays).
Step 3: Probation Period
The probation period’s duration depends on the role and candidate profile. During this time, you will learn more about corporate culture and receive weekly training from industry experts and direct mentors.
