• Handle crew recruitment and vessel management.
• Perform duties in accordance with the actual job scope and requirements.

A. Professional Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (full-time) in Navigation (Nautical Science) or Marine Engineering.
• Preference will be given to graduates from Vietnam Maritime University or University of Transport and Communications.

B: Work Experience

• Sailing experience as an operational officer or above is required (preference will be given to candidates who have served as Master (Captain), Chief Engineer, or those with experience in crew management).

C: Knowledge and Skills Requirements

• Proficient in English across all four skills (listening, speaking, reading, and writing).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

• Proactive, adaptable, and able to work under pressure; strong negotiation skills and proactive communication.
• Age under 40.
