Description

A. Recruitment 

  • Receive and analyze recruitment needs from departments.
  • Prepare job descriptions (JDs), post job ads, screen applications, organize interviews, and evaluate candidates.
  • Handle new hire onboarding procedures, including offer letters, probation contracts, and onboarding processes.
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline of potential candidates.

B. Personnel Records & HR Administration Management

  • Maintain and update employee records, including labor contracts, appendices, and HR decisions.
  • Track contract validity, probation evaluations, and handle contract renewals or terminations.
  • Coordinate the implementation of social insurance, employee benefits, and reward & disciplinary policies in compliance with regulations.
  • Update HR databases and prepare periodic reports.

C. Internal Communications & Organizational Culture

  • Plan and implement internal activities, including birthday celebrations, company events, and team-building programs.
  • Draft internal communications, such as announcements, newsletters, and content for email and intranet platforms.
  • Contribute to building a positive and engaging work environment that fosters employee connection.
  • Support employee satisfaction surveys and propose improvements to internal policies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Human Resource Management, Sociology, Law, or related disciplines.
  • Strong English communication skills.

Other Requirements

  • Experience as an Administration Manager/Head of Administration in a company with at least 30 employees is preferred.
  • Prior management experience, with proven ability in training and coaching staff.
  • Strong communication skills; honest, proactive, confident, and able to work under pressure; professional appearance.
  • Good teamwork skills, with strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to oversee and manage tasks effectively.
  • Age under 38.
  • Probation period: 2 months.
