Promoting the Role of the Party Organization in Private Enterprises – Innovation, Streamlining, and Digital Transformation Alignment

On June 6, 2025, the Party Cell of HTK Shipping and Import-Export Co., Ltd. solemnly held its Party Congress for the 2025–2030 term. The Congress served as an opportunity for all Party members to reflect on the past journey and set out new directions and tasks aligned with the current context—where private enterprises are playing an increasingly vital role in the national economy, alongside the urgent need for digital transformation, resource optimization, and sustainable development.

🔹 Summary of the 2022–2025 Term

During the past term, the HTK Party Cell effectively fulfilled its role as the “political nucleus” of the enterprise. It provided leadership, guidance, and partnership with the company’s executive team in business operations, especially in overcoming challenges following the pandemic and global supply chain disruptions. The Party Cell consistently improved the quality of its activities, strengthened political and ideological education, and prioritized Party membership development within the private business environment.

🔹 Orientation for the 2025–2030 Term

The Congress identified several key tasks:

• Continue to promote the Party organization’s role in supporting digital transformation and the modernization of operations

• Build an efficient and disciplined Party Cell model

• Strengthen exemplary leadership and innovative thinking among Party members, contributing to a professional and modern corporate culture

• Enhance coordination between the Party Cell and the company’s executive board to foster sustainable growth, uphold social responsibility, and ensure legal compliance

The Congress elected a new executive committee with a rational structure that ensures continuity and innovation. Those entrusted with leadership responsibilities pledged to strictly implement the Congress Resolution while fostering unity, creativity, and accountability in all activities.

The 2025–2030 Party Congress marks a significant milestone, affirming the political will and shared commitment between the Party organization and the company’s leadership in the goal of building HTK into a strong and sustainable enterprise in the digital age and in the context of deep international integration.
