Description
- Provide technical support to end-users, ensuring stable and continuous operation of IT systems.
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, and network systems.
- Troubleshoot issues related to computers, printers, network connectivity, and office applications.
- Manage and resolve IT support tickets in a timely manner.
- Monitor system performance and report incidents, proposing solutions when necessary.
- Support internal users both remotely and on-site.
- Maintain IT documentation and user guidelines.
Requirements
A. Professional Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field
B. Work Experience:
- 3–5 years of experience in a relevant field (Candidates with knowledge of digital transformation in enterprises are preferred)
C. Knowledge and Skills Requirements:
- Solid foundational knowledge in the relevant field, with strong analytical thinking
- Knowledge of databases (SQL Server, MySQL, etc.)
- Understanding of system integration principles and APIs
- Experience with enterprise management software (ERP, CRM, HRM, etc.) is an advantage
- Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
- Knowledge of process automation and enterprise digital transformation
- Good command of English

- Ability to work under pressure
- Willingness to travel as required by the job
