Description

  • Provide technical support to end-users, ensuring stable and continuous operation of IT systems.
  • Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, and network systems.
  • Troubleshoot issues related to computers, printers, network connectivity, and office applications.
  • Manage and resolve IT support tickets in a timely manner.
  • Monitor system performance and report incidents, proposing solutions when necessary.
  • Support internal users both remotely and on-site.
  • Maintain IT documentation and user guidelines.

Requirements

A. Professional Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field

B. Work Experience:

  • 3–5 years of experience in a relevant field (Candidates with knowledge of digital transformation in enterprises are preferred)

C. Knowledge and Skills Requirements:

  • Solid foundational knowledge in the relevant field, with strong analytical thinking
  • Knowledge of databases (SQL Server, MySQL, etc.)
  • Understanding of system integration principles and APIs
  • Experience with enterprise management software (ERP, CRM, HRM, etc.) is an advantage
  • Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
  • Knowledge of process automation and enterprise digital transformation
  • Good command of English

  • Good communication skills; honest, proactive, and confident
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Willingness to travel as required by the job
