Average daily earnings for Panamax vessels declined by $357 to $16,312. Supramax Vessels: The Supramax index saw a decrease of 13 points, bringing it down to 1,118.​ The overall BDI decreased by 44 points (2.9%), reaching 1,463, marking its lowest level in over a week.​ Market Insights: The decline in rates is attributed to reduced demand for dry bulk shipping across all vessel segments.
